Our MCP students will be going to the Red Herring Escape Rooms at Crown on Monday, 12 February 2024.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE: Students will have the opportunity to work together as a team to escape from the “Alien Invaders” escape room. This experience will encourage students to:
* Communicate and work together as a team to escape within 1 hour
* Interpret different pieces of information to solve clues and progress to different stages
* Practice the skills of determination and perseverance
WHERE: Crown Metropol Precinct, 8 Whiteman St, Southbank
WHEN: Monday, 12 February, 2024
TIME: 11 am to 2 pm
WHAT TO BRING:
* Myki card
* Lunch (or money to buy lunch)
* Small bag for belongings
* Weather-dependent items (e.g. sunblock, umbrella, raincoat)
ITINERARY:
* 11.00 am: Meet at the Hub to mark the roll
* 11:15 am: Leave MMS, take Tram 64 to Southbank Blvd then walk to Crown Metropol
* 12:30 to 1 pm: Lunch
* 1 to 2 pm: Escape Room
* 2 pm: Excursion ends. Students can be dismissed from Crown Metropol or return to MMS with teachers.
