Last Monday our MMS LGBTIQA+ grown-ups community got together for a fun rainbow dinner. Nearly all letters of the acronym were represented including gay, lesbian and bi parents, parents of queer kids and dear allies and friends.
Everyone brought a dish or something to drink and we had a great night at the house of a generous member who offered to host the event. It is such a pleasant way to get to know each other better, to share our wonderful experiences at MMS and to make new friends. It is also a great way to connect to MMS in a very personal way and everyone who attended the dinner left with a deeper sense of belonging to our school and our school community.
